Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

In-store pickup

Free local pickup is available for Arizona orders.

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday - Friday - 8am-4pm at our office located at 15616 N 83rd Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
