Our Installation Process
Step 1: Get a Free In-Home Consultation
One of our misting specialists will come to your property and look at your outdoor space, providing expert recommendations for an ideal misting system.
Step 2: Set an Installation Date
Now it’s time to get in our books. An Installation Coordinator will be in touch to set an installation date that works with your schedule.
Step 3: Pre-Install Check-In
We’ll check in with you before the installation date to make sure your outdoor space has access to water and power.
Step 4: Install Your Misting System
MistAmerica’s installation crew will arrive on your scheduled installation date to install your new misting system. Enjoy!
Our Service Plan
Our three-year service plan is designed to protect your high pressure misting system, maximize your investment, and maintain its performance for years to come.
Seasonal Start-Up
Keep your system running smoothly through the warmer months. We’ll change your system’s pump oil, replace the filters, flush the system, adjust it to proper pressure, and clean the pump module to ensure top performance.
Winter Shutdown
Wrap things up with our winter shutdown. We’ll disconnect your pump from the water source, disconnect the power, and purge the system of water. This includes the pump, filter housings, nozzles, and feed and mist lines.
Nozzle Protection Plan
This plan includes seasonal removal of nozzles, installation of debris-preventing plugs, cleaning of nozzles to remove calcium buildup, replacement of anti-drip springs (if needed), and drying and storing of nozzles to prevent freezing and breaking during winter.
Repair Services
Our crew will repair and maintain your system whenever you need it.
Optional: Mid-Season Tune-Up
Tune-ups are always beneficial for your cooling system. Our team will check the operation of your system, clean all installed nozzles, adjust the system pressure, and inspect the mist pump operation to maintain the best possible performance.
